The above 3 bands are all from Northeast Ohio, which is nowhere near Henderson Nevada, which is where Craig and his g/f Kim are currently living. Well, that is, when Craig isn’t sleeping in a coffin-size bunk on a tour bus, rambling around in the middle of nowhere, Europe.
Speaking of Europe. Craig is also playing bass for Paul Gilbert on his 2008 European tour. Which is how he ended up in this blog/mess in the first place.

Because of a strange twist in the space-time continuum, I had heard of Outta The Blue and knew of Mike & CJ Szuter way back in the day, but I have never met Craig nor did I know he was a fellow Clevelander until… now. As in, right now. I used to go to like 50 shows a year too, and my b/f religiously went to all the hardcore/metalcore shows. The mind boggles.
Not much more I can drum up, other then to say “watch the tour videos and listen carefully“. He is a very good bassist – a superb showman with excellent stage presence. Adds a lot of vitality to a live set, that’s for sure.
He signs in to his MySpace pretty frequently (this is a guess) – 10/25 was last sign-in and today is 10/25. Someone’s got a laptop on that bus… So if you want to bombard him with silly flashing bling graphics and “thanks for the add (insert 2 meg file or graphic that takes 10 min. to load here), now check us out!” comments, go for it, as he’s actually around to hit delete! :)
